4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your ppg99 account are processed in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect in your account balance, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. ppg99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
